So I did this...
Although, I think her eyes eyes stand out much better in the SOOC.

looks like your B&W conversion is just too bright...if you bring the brightness down it might look better! Deepen the contrast on the B&W.

I love editing photos... playing around, changing the colors... you never know what you may come up with. Each one a new piece of art... you did a great job. She is a beautiful subject to work with though. Love her eyes! :)
