My preemies tend to toe-walk, Pistol does it MOST of the time and she even runs on her toes (don't ask me how). LongRifle does it occasionally (although truthfully to watch her walk, you'd think she'd be the one with the most trouble balancing). It's something I hope they grow out of because it really seems to slow them down, although on the bright side it might come in handy for ballet class *sigh*.
